Greek finance ministry has had a ban on a number of state spending to be provided with the means with which to pay salaries and pensions in July, as there is money in the Treasury by the end of June, reported the newspaper “Imerisia”.
Office is disposed to freeze payments to government suppliers, and the cost of investments and to allocate minimal resources to ministries and institutions.
Ban is expected to bring savings of 1.5 billion euros to be paid them salaries and pensions at the end of next month.
Before the Greek TV channel Mega Pandelis Kapsis government spokesman warned of problems that Treasury will face in the coming days.
Kapsis said that from now on to the country to receive the next tranches of loans from the EU and IMF, we must first be formed government.
C. “Imerisia” warns that the delayed formation of a stable cabinet in Greece could create problems for the country and its ailing economy, going to crash.
There is a real danger of the rescue package, and later installments of the loan for Greece to be frozen, which means that all financial aid from the EU and the IMF will be blocked.
